"This is my 3rd stay at this property, but it will likely be my last. The place is rather run down. I couldn't find check out instructions to save my life and messaged the property, but never heard back (new mgmt). We took out the trash and stripped the beds..hope that was enough. I've always loved the pool, but it wasn't working at full capacity. Most of the blinds in the place didn't work and the shower pressure was abysmal. The WD is great and free. "The stove was missing a burner and the oven rack wasn’t even for an oven. The fire alarm was disconnected. The laundry room lights wouldn’t come on and even after calling and texting multiple times, no one came to fix it. The “king” beds were 2 twins put together making it uncomfortable due to the ridge and slant of the mattresses. Every dresser had drawers that were broken and wouldn’t open. Loved that it was close to the beach but wouldn’t stay here again."

"The Colony definitely has a vibe to it. Plenty of activity in the lobby and around the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful. My particular room was awful, as it was located behind the elevator and the bathroom was tiny, with peeling wallpaper and pretty dirty overall. I had asked to get in my room early, so I think this was their way of teaching me not to do so again. Have stayed there in the past and never had an issue with a room. Will try the Palm House Hotel next time as it is...

"The hotel was chic and upscale. There wasn’t much lobby space to relax. And the pool had no open chairs most of the time. The restaurant didn’t offer snacks or apps between meals. Location was good. Overall I think this hotel should be priced much lower than it was. "

"It's a gem that I don't want anyone to know about! lol. But seriously, we live in Florida and have tried all hotels in Palm Beach, but Breakers is in a league of their own. Plus the rooms a super quiet which is a rare even on a beach hotel :)"
